Responsibilities:
- Fitting-out and A&A
- Preparing the Budget Cost or Tender for submission;
- Preparation of the Cost Plan or Tender for the Project Manager.
- Preparation of Tender packages for tender submission
- Analyzing tender returns for completeness and compliance with documents;
- Procuring the Sub-Contractors and material suppliers;
- Analysis of Variation Cost submitted by the Sub-contractors and preparing & issuing variation cost to the Client.
- Preparation of the Project Final Account;
- Collect and update market prices for material and labour cost, for database to be kept up to date.
- – Analysis, review and negotiate contract terms
– Responsible in cost control and budgeting, contractual claims and sub-contractor’s claims
– Handle payment applications, assessing subcontractors’ interim payments and final account settlement
– Attend site meeting and regular site visit
Requirement
- Degree /Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying/Building/ Construction or related discipline;
- 2-3 years in fit-out or construction projects

Responsibilities:
- Liaise and coordinate with all parties to facilitate site progress in accordance with project schedule.
- Handle full spectrum of project documents, records, email correspondences.
- Liaise with the Factory / Suppliers and ensure their schedule and delivery of goods are of good quality and on time.
- To inspect and report for work done.
- To ensure effective material control and work safety on site.
- Control the use of project site resources, handle procurement for expendable site resources.
Requirement
- Certificate/Diploma or related disciplines.
- 2-3year experience for site supervisor.
- Experience in managing between design, AutoCAD drawings, materials and fitting out works processing will be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Competent in Microsoft office.
- Hard-working, attentive to details, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
- Good team player with positive and proactive attitude.
- Candidate may require to work in site office.
- Immediate available is preferable.
